With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, Yanni had dedicated his career to building with integrity, precision, and passion. From earning a vocational certificate in carpentry to obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering Technology from Farmingdale State University and a Master's in Construction Management from Fordham University in the Bronx, he has continually expanded his expertise to serve all clients at the highest level.
From a young age, Yanni has developed a deep love for construction and real estate, always eager to absorb knowledge and refine his skills. Over the years, Yanni has worked as a project manager, overseeing complex builds and renovations while maintaining an unwavering commitment to quality and client satisfaction. In addition to his construction background, he hold an active real estate license, allowing me to guide clients through every step of buying, selling, building, and renovating residential and commercial properties.
